Do expect taht you will have some lingering problems tho...atleast for awhile.  Not everyone does but for me I still get the hip pain and my hips popping outta socket every so often after the pregnancy...

Also so for me, I guess I tend to get so big that my ribs pop outta place...so after the baby is born I occasionally feel a sharp pain in my spine that makes me stop dead still for a minute or two...it's the ribs popping back in place.

I'm 31 wks 2days preggo and have been experiencing the same exact thing. I am laying down right now and just to move or roll over a little bit hurts! I could barely stand up this morning to make my husband his breakfast it was so bad. The closer we get, the more painful it will be. My midwife told me that the pubic bone is beginning to seperate or widen in preparation for birth. That is why we are experiencing this pain. Also the baby's head is applying a lot of pressure to that area as well and it's worse when we are standing. Just know that it won't last forever and once you are holding that little bundle of joy, you will forget all about this pain! =)
