Increased hunger

Im 8w3d today and have noticed ive been getting hungry more frequently. I will eat dinner maybe at 9 or 10 and be so full then when I wake up at 3 am, with hunger stomach pains and a growly stomach as if I havnt eaten in a day. Is this pretty normal? Is there anything I can change in my diet to make me feel fuller longer or even at night or any tips?

Very normal...fruits & veggies are great for this, as you can eat these in unlimited amounts while pregnant. They are packed with the good nutrition baby needs, low cal for you, & are high in fiber so will fill you up longer, as well as helping you ease common pregnancy discomforts such as constipation. It may not always seem as appetizing as other comfort foods, but will pay off in the long run by keeping your first trimester weight gain low & provide great nutrion for baby. The benefits of this is a lower chance of developing gestational diabetes and less stretch marks too.

Definitely normal! Try eating multiple small meals throughout the day, and not waiting until late to eat dinner.
