Just so they can tell me im all good! just the baby too close to my bladder. Lol all worth it just to know my little one and me are good. but the best part of all of this is i got to see my little baby:)) and got a pic:)) thank you again ladies.
No, if it's a UTI you never want to chance it and let it go. Not only do they cause preterm labour, they can also go to your kidneys and cause severe infection. I had one go untreated because I didn't have symptoms or know, and was hospitalized for a week from severe dehydration and infection. In addition I had pancreatitis and liver inflammation too (they said result of infection but I dunno) and it was just a nightmare. Couldn't eat or drink for over a week - don't do it to yourself and get looked at.
Ya I had 2 bladder infections in 1 month and then a yeast infection following them. The bladder infection can turn into a kidney infection which can harm you and baby and probably send you to the hospital. I would call your dr right away and let them know you think you have an infection due to the burning when you pee feeling. Also the cranberry juice will not cure the infection but it will help with prevention in the future. But it has to be pure cranberry juice and not a blend or something that is loaded with sugar. I think you can find it in an organic section of the food store probably. Just make sure that if you take an antibiotic that you also take a pro biotic with it because it will help keep the yeast levels in your girl parts at the correct levels. If not you can develop a yeast infection. The antibiotics tend to throw off the yeast levels which give you the yeast infection. You can also up your yogurt intake but it may be cheaper to just get some pro biotic pills. But up the water intake A TON!!!! It helps flush out the infection as well as the antibiotics are only for a few days and are totally safe to take during pregnancy. And bladder infections (UTI) is also very common in pregnancy so dont worry something is wrong. Just best to get it taken care of now before it gets worse.
I agree, you need to get checked out as soon as possible. If it's a uti, it can travel to your kidneys and make you really sick. And, as always, infections can cause preterm labor.
No, infections can cause preterm labor, I let a UTI go too long and went into preterm labor at 15 weeks with DS, thank godd it stopped, but definitely get seen asap!
Thank you. no i don't think its std im married and we haventt had alot of sex because i dontt feel like it. Would it be ok to wait till next month that's when i can go to the doc? I mean its not an unbearable pain it just bugs me and hurts less than a period cramp. but now that i think about it i have had itchingness down there. not that bad either.
Don't worry Hon hopefully you'll be seen and they'll give you something for it and it'll all be solved. Dont stress about it. Urinary tract infections are common in pregnancy and easy to solve ..same with vaginal infections but seeing as you haven't mentioned foul.smell or green discharge its most likely a uti. Could you have a possible sexually transmittied.disease? If its a possibility you shouldbe tested for those too as they're not good to have let alone when you're pregnant. Hope it gets solved soon. Drink lots of water for now. Let us know how it goes x
Thank you. :/ ugh first time this have ever happened to me
Could be a vaginal infection...could be a uti or maybe even an STD you need to be seen by a doc asap. Get better soon x
Ugh really? That ***** do you know why?
Sounds like you have an infection. Quick course of antibiotics from doctors well get rid and make sure your drinking plenty! I drank loads of crandberry juice and barley water.
