I'm 24 weeks pregnant with my second baby and my son is 15 months.. yesterday I went for a mild hike and went up this hill pushing my son in his stroller and I stopped half way up it drank walker and continued but I started getting severe cramping and sharp pains on my lower tummy and my back has been hurting so bad I woke up today with my body sore, does anyone know what it could be? Or has this happen to them?

Hiking is fine, but going up major mountains isn't. I usually hike every other day. But now I keep it to a minimum and nothing insane. Take it easy on your body. And pace yourself.

You're just straining your body. If you're moving like that and start to have cramping or pain you should stop.
