really confused about my baby

Ok so my doctor told me from my last ultrasound scan that on that day i was 7 weeks exactly. the baby was measuring at 6.5 cm. i have my ultrasound on my profile and my baby is super tiny but because its 6.5cm shouldn't i be further along. my baby does not even look further along. you can see in the ultrasound. is my doctor wrong could i be further along or does my baby look just about right at exactly 7 weeks. everyday tuesday i hit a new week. then on wenesday its a week and one day. ughh I'm so confused. I'm going to be pissed if I'm further along and my doctor is telling me different. any advice. if you want to see my ultrasound better i can kik i picture of it i have 4 different pictures. thanks.

I conceived on 10/15 & I am 9 wks 4 days. Why don't you try one of those websites that calculate your duedate from your last period? They're pretty accurate.

My uterus measurement on my 10wk 3day ultrasound is 6.7CM. I just got up and checked right now lol. So probably is your uterus measurement. But asking doesnt hurt if you feel you are further along. Also maybe google u/s images from each of the weeks and compare to the one you have now?

I don't think she would be that off...that would be almost three inches long and that would be more like 12 weeks at the time of your ultrasound

Perhaps the dr said 6.5mm. The dr is prob right about your gestational age.  The ultrasound pic you posted appears correct.

I'd say see another dr for their opinion but since you can't, that'll be tough. Im pregnant with my second baby and now am 9 weeks 4 days along, when i first went to the dr i was 5 weeks 6 days and my baby was just a tiny Lil ball with a heartbeat. Try not to stress, i know its frustrating

Its possible, depending on how close to your period you got pregnant that you could be further along. I got pregnant the day my period ended and since they tac on the extra two weeks to track back to your period I am now measuring about two weeks ahead (im 22wks now and they say baby is measuring around 24/25). So that could be a possibility.

as soon as my period ended me and my ex were having unprotected sex and he was finishing in me he has been for the past 2 months so i don't know which of those times he actually got me pregnant lol.

i told her my last LMP was on september 25th and thats correct because i marked it down when i bled that day. it was september 25th. so she said i ovulated on the 6-9 of october and my conception date was on the 9th of october because she had that calculator thing. i have always had normal periods for as long as i can remember. and they were always 6-7 days. so she did the math and thats what she told me on my last appointment. on my ultrasound you can see where it says 6.5 cm so I'm not sure. but today i am 9 weeks 5 days from what she told me.

Odds are if you told your doc when your period was then he isnt wrong. If you got your lmp date wrong then go back and check yourself. Also maybe how often you were having sex and check those dates and compare to your lmp too. Babies wont measure ahead til later unless there was a mix up about the LMP which the doc wont know but you should. Youre also reeeally early in pregnancy. I think youre getting confused and assuming the measurement of your uterus that they take is the measurement of your baby. Thats about what mine was and baby was 3.5cm at 10wks.Youre lucky they did one so early since thats around the time they would JUST be able to hear the heartbeat. Most refuse to see you til the late part of 8-12wks.

ughh! and i cannot even go to another doctor yet because I'm on temporary insurance. this *****! my baby doesn't even have legs or "stumps" it honestly looked like a little work with a heart beat. the ultrasound tech said it looked like I'm 6 and a half weeks but my doctor said on that day i was exactly 7. idk. :(
