reasons for a missed period? help!

ok so here goes..
to start with i am the kind of person who worries and stresses ALOT.
it startd about a month ago when my bf fingered me..and i wasnt sure if he had toucehd himself before or not..
this made me very stressed until i got  my period about a week later.
i dont keep an exact calendar of my periods..but i know i was supposed to get it around this weekend just gone..and it didnt come..its now about 4 days late
1. could i be pregnant from him fingering me
2. could i stil be pregnant even though i got my period since then and it was pretty heavy
3. what are some other reasons for missing a period?

...iv just come back to school from holidays so could a change of routine be it?
also i play alot of sport and iv had a break for the last 3 weeks

you can't get pregnant from being fingered. you stress ing is prob why you're late. relax

I would also recommend you rethink if you're ready for sexual activity now if something like that causes so much stress and anxiety. For many, the weeks of worry and fear are not worth the few minutes of pleasure you might get.

People who make profiles to ask questions often don't care what gender is put since most will not stay. In terms of the original post, no, you're not pregnant. Stress alone can delay a period among other things. Other things that can delay it are diet, poor nutrition, exercise change, medications, weight gain/lose, just not ovulating (which can happen to any women at any time) or just skipping for no reason at all. Try not to worry about it and it should come before too much longer.
