I would also suggest eating throughout the day. Try having something every hr and that will help you not feel full but still get nutrients. Also try smoothies so its like a drink and easy to digest but contains real fruits and veggies. Make sure your also taking a prenatal vitamin! And see your Dr as soon as you can to make a plan that will work for you & baby.

You need to talk to a doctor about your eating disorder it's not good for the baby, and when the baby is born and grows up you don't want them to pick up on your eating habbits and develop the same problem.

Talk to your doctor about it definitely. Baby needs a healthy momma to have a good chance at life.

I felt bloaty all through pregnancy. I like to eat pasta salad with lots of veggies like carrots, cucumbers, broccoli, tomatoes. Also fruit salads. They are quick and easy to make and can be eaten throughout the day to keep you nutritionally satisfied without "feeling full" also id pack fruits and veggies all cut up as snacks to take with me. Most importantly.....TAKE YOUR PRENATAL EVERYDAY!

start with fruit and veggies and slowly introduce thicker foods, like granola and fiber bars. Definitely talk to your doctor because your body needs the nutrients so it can feed the baby, I'm sure you already know about the bad effects your body will have from the eating disorders, but it will become even worse as the baby takes more nutrients from your body. Please go talk to a doctor.
