So here's my question....If u concieve while on the pill and u continue to take the pill.. will u still bleed when it comes to ur 7 day break even if ur pregnant? Im on femodene ed, with this pill i take tabs the whole month ( i take 7 unactive tabs on my break which results in a period) Just wondered coz i know with the pill you dont get a ''true'' period. Im just really curious. Thanks for any advice x

It is possible but I really don't know. Are you having breakthrough bleeding? Take a pregnancy test when the bleeding subsides to make sure. If you are pregnant you'll obviously not want to continue taking the pills.

No not had any break through bleeding and I've been on this pill for years so not as if my cycles are muddled. Had a high temp and feeling sluggish. I got my period but it was strange, no cramps and different colour to normal. I'm just really confused and scared. Guess I can only find out if I test. I'd be about 6 weeks so it would show up right?

If you estimate you could be about 6 weeks, dated from your last period, then yes you should get a very accurate result. You don't even need to take the test with first morning pee either this late in the game. Don't drink right before the test as you may dilute your urine and get a false negative.

If you are feeling flu-like or getting sick that can also affect your cycle so keep that in mind if you get a negative result.
