12 sticks before iv was in

I got admitted again for contractions... They stuck me a total of 12 times before actually getting it... They weren't supposed to stop my contractions but did anyway.... Then after all that they sent me home!!!! Ugh so frustrated

It was ridiculous. I see my actual ob tomorrow for an ultrasound and check up.. Hopefully he can explain more what's going on as to what our game plan is.. I already said I'm not going back in until my water breaks! Lol

I actually had an rn, a supervisor,  two EMTs, an person from ICU, the anesthesiologist, and then finally a new supervisor showed up and got it..

I'm 4cm and 75% he's at -2
And I had the anesthesiologist do it and even she couldn't get it in.. They poked me so much I said enough! Give me a break I need water and sugar I'm dehydrated.. They started at 3:30 didn't get it in until after 7 then sent me home around 9

They can't ever get my iv started,.next time tell them you need the anesthesiologist to do it, they always have to do mine

I'm 35+4 but my ob wasn't on call tonight and he specifically told me last week when I was discharged from a bigger hospital that if I come in again they wouldn't stop my contractions and they did!  I understand he needs to be in longer but if he wants to come, he wants to come!! And yes I was very irritated I MADE her check me before she took that iv out.
