If you're regular you ovulate about 14 days BEFORE your period is due. So that will help give you a time-frame to start looking for ovulation symptoms.
I just wanted to add, also, you might want to try using ovulation predictor kits, so at the same time, if you get a positive you can be watching for the signs and symptoms that joy just mentioned.
thanks for that, i will keep an eye for all of those and bd when ever we can, i am sure that will please hubby lol!!
ps:- congrats on the pregnancy xxx
Signs of ovulation:
-discomfort/pinching sensation on one of your ovaries (felt VERY low in your abdomen, somewhat above your hips)
-PMS type symptoms (moody)
-sensitive breasts
Also, you will have a discharge when your body prepares for ovulation and while it is ovulating. The last day of discharge is the day you actually ovulate. Once you ovulate you will become "dry" again (no discharge). Since it's hard to know the last day until the last day is past, the rule is to BD (have sex) whenever you have EWCM (egg white cervical mucous- mucous that has the appearance of raw egg whites; crystal clear and really stretchy).
Good luck!
