Milk. Basically get some calcium in you. Orange juice helps to absorb iron, which will be more important later. Any foods with iron are good to eat as well. Baby will take what he needs from you and leave you with nothing. If you're craving something, eat it. You need something in that food. Listen to your body, and you'll do alright. :)
