right side laying

For some reason I love laying on my right side. I get a good nights rest. I heard it's better 2 sleep on left side. Is this true? Nd do u ladies know y it may b true

I was okay on my right side im 31 weeks now i cant sleep on my left or my right everything just hurts...and wen i wake up omg my pelvic bone hurts ...try not sleeping on ur back

My doc said just pic a side my left is really comfortable even though I always wake up on my right my baby gives out the most kicks to my right before I go to sleep and if I lay on that side I feel like I'm stopping him and I look forward to those movements

Better blood flow to baby is why its recommended to sleep on your left. But I do both and my back. So its whatever you're more comfy with. Cus theres gonna be blood flow regardless.
