Went to the dr today for my 39 week appt. I'm dilated to 3 now and she said I'm really thinned out!! I guess primrose oil does work, bc iv been at 1cm for 4 weeks up until I took it last night!! I highly suggest using it:)
They are pills. It's called evening primrose oil. When u insert it u try to get it close as possible to cervix and it dissolves which helps thin and dilate
Awwh congrats again (: hopefully she does come quick (: my baby doesnt come out till march /: but are they pills? Or oil? I'm confused lol
I got it from walmart for $6. I take one a day and insert 4 vaginally(2 in morning and 2at night). I literally just started taking it yesterday! I'd say u could start taking it at 37 weeks.
Thank u:) she sounded like she thinks my baby will be here in the next few days too!! She said "maybe il see u Friday at the hospital while I'm on call". So I'm hoping!!
Where do you put the primrose oil at? & where do you get it at? & wehn do u start putting it on? Lol sorry im a Ftm & I want a natural birth lol.
