Would this have hurt my baby??

Ok so this is probably a dumb question but i figured id ask anyway. I woke up in the middle of the night due to some pressure on my tummy and low and behold my husbands butt was pressed hard against the center of my tummy! Hes been sick all weekend and when hes sick he tends to move around alot in his sleep. Well i pushed him away from me and got angry because i felt like my tummy was flattened a little around the belly button area lol...it was probably all in my head, but i dunno. I fell back asleep and had a dream that my baby had a flat nose or that one side of his head was flat because my husbands butt was against my stomach lol.

So exactly how much cushion is in there to protect the baby?? Would this have hurt the baby in anyway or am i just paranoid!?!

I wouldn't worry. The baby is surrounded by all the fluid and our own body fat. I used to sleep on my stomach until I was 35 weeks and no harm was ever done. Unless you have a hard kick or fall of some sort to your belly it's unlikely anything will actually harm the baby while in the womb.

I think You might just be over reacting as You are worried about his/her health. If Your husband moves around in his sleep a lot perhaps putting a pillow against Your stomach when You sleep might help You sleep better without worrying
