self tanning lotion
Does anyone else use it?? Everywhere I've read says that the self tanning lotion is safe because it doesn't absorb into the blood stream only top layer of skin. But no no to spray and fake baking.
Ask your doctor. That's the best answer anyone can give you. You're going to get conflicting answers here Becaus each doctor is different. Good luck. :)
My doctor actually said spray tans are okay. I would assume if they said that, then self lotions are too. I would just say actual tanning beds are out of the question.
