Anyone Else :(

Well mommies I'm 7 months this Saturday and I have back on in most of the time but since yesterday it's just been hurting more than usual. There not cramping pains I just feel really sore. I had a sleepless night and want to help this soreness easy up' suggestions?

I hate being this uncomfortable ' but it puts me at easy knowing I'm not the only one I was starting to think that maybe they were cramping. I'm Def Gunna try a heating pad' Thank You Lady's (:

I'm 7 months, the way i relieve pregnancy pain is by one regular Tylenol, a warm bath, and a heating pad. And a back Massage some times

I've had major back pain for about 3 months now :/ it's very uncomfortable ... and I have too be careful how I sit cause getting up makes it worse .. doctors told me it's normal for some one of my height and weight as long as I don't throw my back out or pick up anything over 20 lbs I'm good and I take tylonahol here and there when the pain is crazy uncomfortable.

I just turned 7 months 2 weeks ago and the soreness in my back has definitely increased, i always need back support like sitting up with my back to a wall with a pillow behind me as well, i also get lower stomach pains when i toss and turn at night. The only thing that has come close to easing the sorness in my back is light stretching. My doctor told me tge back aches are from my mudcles relaxing
