I am 39 weeks and have gained 54 pounds! It's very depressing because I would always workout and I couldn't keep the weight off. My plan is to kick my butt in gear after I have the baby. Good luck to you :)

Is it healthy to do exercise on stairs?! Like going from the first floor to the fifth and coming back down?!

25 to 35 pounds is healthy I gained a lot up until around 32 weeks then my gain slowed down. My doctor said breastfeeding helps you get back to your pre pregnancy weight faster.

Go out for a walk, use the elliptical, dance, clean the house, eat healthy, give up sodas, cut back on the fried and fast food, but most importantly dont feel bad for gaining weight, its all for a healthy baby, many women starve themselves during pregnancy to loose the baby weight faster just to regret it for life  when their babies are born, i know thats not the way you want to go, just watch what you eat =)

I gained like 65 pounds!!! 28 pounds is nothing! You shouldn't be gaining too much more weight no matter what you do since you are less than 8 weeks from your due date. Just eat healthy and go for walks if you feel it will help :)
