sex after delivery

How soon after delivery have you ladies had sex.  I know they say wait 6 weeks,  but has anyone tried sooner?

I've been told you have to wait till two months after baby but not really sure I had the same question lol

I waited 6 weeks but then again my vagina hurt badly from tears.

I'm not worried about the pain but someone told me if I did it too soon my uterus could rupture. I guess if it starts so hurt we would stop lol

Not gonna lie I was a little nervous at first but it didn't hurt like I was anticipating. Lol. I to was on bed rest for 7weeks before i delivered so we didn't want to wait any longer.

I waited 3 weeks with my first and had second degree tearing but i healed really quickly. I couldnt wait any longer had already been on bedrest and no sex 12 weeks prior to.giving birth!

my son is 2 weeks old and im going crazy! im waiting for my bleeding to stop... no way I can wait 6 weeks!

I had a c section with my first and my husband and i started having sex two weeks after the delivery.

4w with my daughter and 8w with my son. We waited with our son because neither of us wanted to risk a pregnancy, I was still bleeding, and I had no feeling from the waist down. I wasn't able to walk unassisted, much less have sex.

I had sex at 3 weeks...couldn't wait. Was so horny I guess from hormone changes. Sex has been great since, never was dry, never hurt, feels even better then before giving birth believe it or not

Ouch! I couldn't imagine doing it before 2mnths , that how long I waited and it still hurt but thats just me , I had stitches wif both that mite b why

its been 3 weeks and we did it 3 x .. it dosent hurt at all but it feels pretty dry down there ! other than that it feels awesome

Yup i had sex after the first week. Not really my choice though, my sons father was abusive if he didn't get what he wanted. But anyways I felt like I was ruined down there n sex didn't feel the same until 18 months after delivery. Idk if it was related to early intercourse but I wish I didn't do it.
