worried first time mum :(

36 weeks here and at my midwife appointment i had my second episode of glucose in the urine! Ive been referred to hospital for a glucose test.. not looking forward to that! But with 4 weeks to go why does things get complicated now! Please explain to me the worst outcomes or if im worried over nothing. I just want my baby to be healthy and okay. I do not wanna be diagnosed with GD so close to being due!  :(

My friend that's due 2 days before me has it. And we are 27 weeks. She just takes her blood sugar at home a certain amount of times a day and watches her diet
