5 weeks and spotting

i have irregular periods so I think im about 5 weeks pregnant maybe a little more i found out on the 30th but the Friday that followed I had spotting so went to doctors hcg levels had gone from 200 to 400 in the 4 days next one I had was Sunday levels were 615 the Wednesday I had more spotting along with being constipated so pains were from that (had this with my 1st child and they thought she was ectopic) went to hospital and they did an ultra sound and they said there was nothing there then my bloods come back and my hcg levels were 1300 so they had another look at my ultra sound and they reckon I was having a molar pregnancy had more spotting the next morning so I went to my doctor and she did my bloods and sent me for an ultra sound come back with less signs of molar pregnancy and what may have been the geststaional sac but to early to tell hcg level was 2000 then on Saturday 3000 and Monday just gone 5000 doesn’t match the molar pregnancy more like just a normal one so why am I still spotting mostly a brown discharge?
