Sharp pain in my left side

It hurts so bad! It's been bothering me since about 5 and seems to be getting worse. Is it serious?

I've been laying on my right side and staying as still as possible and so far so good. We'll see how tomorrow goes, thanks ladies!

I was also told that the cyst would really hurt and that all I could do was take Tylenol and use a heating pad. Also to lay down and just be still

If you have a cyst on your ovary it could be that. I have one and was told that when it pops I would feel a sharp stabbing pain and it would be localized to the area where the cyst is. I also used to get growing pains that would stay on one side (usually my left) and would go all the way up to my ribs. Maybe its your stomach making room for baby.

It could also be sciatic pains if it goes down through your butt. I have it really bad laying on the opposite side helps alot or standing and rocking back and forth...

Depends on where on your left side I would say possible kidney stones. Nothing to play with those suckers hurt

It could be... If it gets any worse I'd go the hospital. Even if its something so simple as going to the bathroom at least you'll put your mind at ease. But make sure to stay hydrated and just try and relax and don't get to worked up about it.
