children close in age??

i am currently 18 weeks pregnant. I already have a soon to be 10 month old. My question is how many mommies out there have babies this close in age and what should i be prepared for?

My children are 12 days shy of a year apart, you can do anything you set our mind too. It can be challenging having two kids with different needs at the same time but anything is do-able.my kids are now almost 3 and 4years old and they are best friends. Baby number 3 expected to arrive in 6 weeks, it's going to be a shock to the family,having to get used to it all again

I.had my.11 month old last year on march 9th and this one is going to be here march 12th so u can do it keepur head up.look at.it.this way.lol you'll.never b bored lol

Thank you ladies. I sort of feel guilty, like Im taking away all the attention from my 10 month old. This pregnancy was completely unplanned and i.still havent told family or friends. I find out what Im having next week. Im just really emotional about it.

My babies are 14 months and two weeks, both boys. I was worried because the oldest is a momma's boy, but he is such a good big brother. He has already found a word for brother, he always asks to hold him, he likes to give hugs and kisses, he helps change diapers, he rocks/swings/bounces him, he covers him up with his own special blankie, he shares his toys, I could go on and on with how proud he's made me ... however, he is stronger than he realizes so I have to keep an eye out when he gets close. For instance, today he grabbed an aspirator and tried to jam it up his brother's nose. He does get upset every now and then if he's grumpy and/or tired and I can't help him, like when I'm breastfeeding. I don't know your situation, but my husband and I work opposite shifts and I'm already back to work so we are like single parents of two during the week. Still manageable for us. My son was 16 months old when I had my daughter, I will not lie to you and say it was easy because it wasnt, I actually started to become depressed and still am but not bad. But I love my kids and now that their 5 and almost 4 their best of friends. My daughter was a cranky baby lol always crying my son was such a good baby. You will get thru it. If you have family let them help you once a while.
