Yeah its fine! I eat it all the time, I was scared to the first half of my pregnancy but once I found out it was okay I started eating it all the time

My doctor gave me a list of fish to eat, that's on the list the eat, It's one of the fish least that contains the least amount of mercury.  Although, I don't know how much Is too much...
