signs of miscarriage

Do you ladies know some signs of a miscarriage?  I don't feel like I've had one but when I first found out I was pregnant at 6 weeks I felt pregnant far as being nauseous and fatigued but now that I'm 9 weeks I feel like I'm just fat and not pregnant. Besides the extra spit I have no symptoms. I know people ask these types of questions alot but it's weird for me because with my first pregnancy i felt everything the whole 9 months but this one is different. I know every pregnancy is different but it fees crazy. You guys understand what I'm trying to say??

I'm having the same issue but my friend told me about her miscarriage and how she continued to have symptoms even when her baby had died...so nothaving prominent symptoms don't always mean something wrong
