cramps but not bleeding

I am 7w+4 and I have been getting cramps off and on for the past few day, usually mid day. There is ony cramping and no blood. I'm worrying about it because my sister just miscarried a month ago when she was at 7w. Is it normal to have cramping at this stage?

Hey Hun don't worry I'm in the same boat. In 7w5d and today my second period due date was suppose to be if I weren't preggies. It feels like light to moderate cramps , not heavy but uncomfy ad it feels like my period is about to start any moment but there's no blood. I think and I hope that its just your body getting use to hein pregnant and your uterus stretching Etc. have u been for your first visit yet? In only going 2nd Aug

Yes it is. It's your body prepping itself for pregnancy. As long as the cramping doesn't turn too severe you're fine.
