Hon, you should not sleep on your belly only on your sides from now on I am afraid. Not even on your back.

Sleep how you are comfortable! Your body and baby will let you know if you need to move! I'm 36+5 and still sleep on my belly!

My doc said I can sleep however as long as it is comfortable. When it starts hurting or getting uncomfortable then stop.

You can sleep any way you want HOWEVER, When you lie on your back, your uterus presses on the vein that returns blood from your lower body to your heart. Lying on your back for an extended period of time could interfere with the flow of blood and nutrients to the placenta and the baby.

I am due in 8 days and still sleep somewhat on my stomach.
