Yea that's how I am. I can sleep perfectly fine during the day but not at night.
Ima try propping up tonight cause pillows, sleeping on my right side, walking, and milk hasn't worked I'm 21 weeks. Its crazy though cause at night I have the hardest time sleeping but during the day I can sleep with no problem.
Yea I wish I could do that. But I live in a trailer park and I'm scared to walk around at night by myself.
I have the same problem. I've had really bad restless leg and I'm only 17 weeks. I've been taking a short walk at night when it is cool. It seems to work my muscles just enough to when I go to lay down I can relax and fall asleep.
Nanas and milk! They have natural enzymes that help you relax and sleep. Also depending on how far along you are ask ur doc about tylenol pm that's what i was told
Yea but my 18 month old sleeps with me sometimes.
When I was that early on I didn't sleep that well. I sat up Lil bit with hunch of pillows behind me so I was propped up and that worked wonders! I'm now 39+2 and sleep better then I did before how sad lol
I completely understand, been the same since about 16 weeks and now 33 weeks. Just use as many pillows as you need to help sleep, slight elevation whether in recliner or bed. A warm bath somewhat helps me, but it also determines if baby is active or not. I try waiting til baby is calm to lay down.
You gotta play around with different ways to sleep. Some ppl sleep in recliners, couches, I sleep on my right side most the time because it's most comfortable but at beginning of pregnancy it hurt that way
When you find out please let me know
