sleepless nights

can anyone help i am seven months pregnant and i cant sleep at nights and i have a caving for ice i eat it all night would this hurt the baby

Tylenol PM is safe....So is Unisom......Ice can't do anything......It's probably actually good for you being it's dydration.  Good luck

I craved ice when I was pregnant, too, and ate it constantly. It is a sign of anemia and I was very anemic. You can be taking iron supplements and still have anemia, so it's important to check with your doctor

OH and the Maternity pillow, mine is from boppy, it has been a life saver! I'm 6 months and it helps with comfort!

Ice cream is ok, as far as no sleep, well that can be an issue. Talk to your OB you can take somthing for sleep if it is that big of a problem.

My doctor said I could take tylenol pm like once a week to catch up on sleep.  You can also try a maternity body pillow.  As far as craving ice, no it won't hurt the baby at all.

I have heard that trying to sleep in a recliner works out for some people.  You could always try that.
