Omg can't take much more ugh

I have the worst neighbors Ever all day every day all this guy do is beat his girlfriend all hours of the day Omg I even had to call the police once she was screaming for him to stop but at the end told the police she didn't want to press charges now it's 12:20am and I can't sleep because they're fighting and these walls in this apartment are very thin I'm in my master bedroom and here them with I'm so ready to move can't find a place quick enough

That's what I thought I even called my mom and asked her but she said no as long as the person being attacked says no charges than they won't do anything but make the leave it's ***** because I'm really tired and in a little pain

That's bull that they didn't. Hearing it for themselves gives them probable cause to. I mean they are supposed to protect and serve right

Thanks I hope I find one and fast I'm sick of sleepless night because of them and I thought the police would still take him too after they stood in the hall listening to them fight but they didn't

Im sorry to hear this. I live in Monroe Mich and prosecutors office usually will pick up charges even if victim doesn't want to press charges. Best of luck finding another place quickly

Well I live in Detroit MI so they probably won't come again because she sent them away the first time and the cops heard him beating her but scents she said no to pressing charges they could only make him leave which he did for ten minutes than came back and jumped on her again plus my fiancee doesn't want me to keep calling after I had a very short talk with them( the neighbors) about them being too loud because I was on bed rest and have a eight year old here with me he doesn't want them to know I called the police he thinks they'll try something I guess
