is it bad

So I'm a cashier and im standing all day and going in nd out of a cooler. I have 3 questions
Is it bad to be standing too much?
Is it bad to go in and out of the cooler.
And is it okay to drink like a 44 ounce of soda each day?

Probably not for 3 months some places a year and they usually suck as a cashier.

Well please keep your job and see a doctor asap so he/she can give you the proper care you need to prevent another miscarriage. Also I would really relax on the soda. Try a flavored water...just as good and you can get them carbonated

well just make sure to drink plenty of water, and take prenatals.. my doc said no more than 48oz coffee a week, but soda doesnt have as much caffiene i love soda so i cut down to mostly sprite and fanta(since both are caffiene free) but dont feel bad to have a soft drink every once in a while

Well being pregnant you'll have to have a doctor. You need to look into medicaid asap. You can't go thru this without a Dr. Especially if you've miscarried before. Does your job offer benefits?

Well I'm not literally drinking 44 ounces a day. I barley found out I was prego Friday and I've drank like 2, 44 ounce sodas and at my job I get free soda. And I drink like 2 cups a day. After seeing this I won't be drinking soda no more lol. Thanks
Oh and I dont have a doctor.;/ no insurance

previous miscarriages are not linked to working as a cashier. You should be  fine but if you are very concerned to consult your doctor.

How long ago? Your job is not the reason for your miscarriages but if you have had those miscarriages recently they may put you on bed rest until 12 or 13 weeks. But that is up to your ob try to make an appointment as soon as possible she can answer all of these questions for you. Don't quit your job or anything just tty to get in and see a doctor

No honey. Standing is fine. But ask your Dr about it all just in case.  and if you've miscarried before, definitely try to cut down the caffeine. High amounts can be dangerous. So if youre going to drink it make sure you take in enough water to offset it all.

You should drink at least equal amounts of soda to water a day but my doctor suggests twice the amount. Although with all the sugar in the soda I would definitely cut down that's not good for anyone pregnant  or not. If you already stand all day you should be fine. But if it ends up being toomuch ask your boss for a few extra breaks throughout the day. I'm leaving the cooler question alone.

1. Yes it can cause swelling
2. No that's fine
3. As long as you drink equal amounts of water. Limit your caffeine intake to 200mg a day

The standing shouldn't be a problem unless you have restrictions from your doctor (at least not until your closer to your due date), the child shouldn't be a problem either, but I definitely wouldn't recommend drinking so much soda. It have you gain a ton of weight, I would try and switch it up with water
