Help?!
So I had my first midwife appt Monday, and she asked if I had tattoos and how many? I thought this was a bit strange lol any one know why they ask this?
My Dr noticed mine at my first appt. Sometimes they will ask because they'll screen for additional things (like Hepatitis) when they do your initial bloodwork
As long as you didnt get them while pregnant they shouldnt be a problem. You should worry about infection if you just got them due to low immune system but other than that i am not sure why she would ask. I have a tattoo and my doc has said nothing... she also dont know i have it but i got it done a year ago so i dont think about it much
