Does anyone know if being very very depressed and crying all day long and thinking about death is normal at 13 weeks? I am so down, the medicines my doctor gave is not helping either. I am afraid of that i will die...with no reason

Try meditation, praying,  yoga, something that will keep you relaxed.  Also, talk to your loved ones and tell them how you feel, it really helps. Tell your Dr. Medicine isn't working, so they can give you something else and go to counseling.
Just try to keep yourself busy. Do your make up even if you don't feel like it, go get a pedi,  a nice massage,  just anything that will help you take your mind of negative thoughts.

Everything will get better. :)

It definitely isn't normal. Instead of just giving you meds and sending you on your way maybe your Dr should have reffered you for some counselling.
I hope you work out your issues
