Can you start taking iron pills or is that similar to the iron infusions?

My iron has always been a constant battle. I'm taking 3 iron tablets daily and I too, always feel tired. I would try and see your regular doctor and ask them to check because its not fair when you've got so many responsibilities.
it will not harm bubby, no matter how many iron tbalets I take my iron doesn't budge - it continues to drop.  Bubby will continue to absorb out of your body, making you even more tired and possibly feel faint.
