spicy food
i was just eating chips that are spicy and my mother in law told me i should stop because if i dont stop my baby will have pain and my cramps and contractions will be a lot worse . i just want to know for those who ate a lot of spicy food did anything bad happen? ive always ate everything spicy even before i was pregnant. something i can't help lol
Ive heard it burns like the baby skin? Idk if its true or not. But yeah , ill eat spicy food too ijust take Prevacid cause , heartburn afterwards is a killer ):
It does not hurt the baby. I've had people tell me that spicy foods will burn my babies eyes and stupid stuff like that . If your concerned ask your doctor cause people will tell ur anything
It's safe. I mean, yea, it can irritate your intestines and the heartburn can be horrific but it's not going to hurt you or baby.
