Terrified

Im a CNA and I'm in my first trimester what should I do as far as lifting.

You have to lift adults in and out of the bed and basically your doing alot of lifting that is over 20pounds I would let the manager know because that can put stress on the baby and the first trimester is scary because anything can happen

I used to be a CNA. It's really hard work, I can only imagine What it's like when pregnant.  I've heard it's safe to lift anywhere between 20-30 lbs.  Definitely ask your doctor and let your manager know. They should put you on light duty so you won't have to lift too much of heavy things.  Be safe and take care.
