Ok so i live in TN and im on tenncare. I just got a letter saying they cut me off but no explanation. Idk what to do. My employer doesnt provide it. even if they did i would use my whole check just to pay for it. Im nervouse because i have my anatomy u-s coming soon and i wont have money to lay for it. I have been on the phome waiting to speak to someone for 30 mins. What do i do? Im so stressed

I agree, if they don't answer you need to just go into the office and you might get better results from that anyways

Also go into a welfare office...the people who control the insurance work there...id demand to see someone. Sorry you have to deal with stupid stuff like this... I'm going through something similar

@nicnicole03 thanks. I am calling back tmrw was on the phone for over an hour.... never spoke to a soul. I hate this crap. Maybe if i quit my job and start selling drugs i can get help. Lol. Wont get it on a workin girls pay. Hehe. But thanks for the advice i will hound the hell out of them i have my big ultrasound march 7 th and if i have to pay oh well. They will have to take payments. But i am deff taking ur advice girl

I am in tn too. I found out I was pregnant at 18 weeks nd applied for tenncare I recd immediate tenncare nd then when I went to get my 20 week ultrasound my insurance had been cut off bi was like wth? Well I called them everyday for a week knowing I had this huge ultrasound nd I was finding out what the baby was. The lady put in an immediate renewal of my insurance saki it would take 24 hours to get approved  nd my appt came up nd it was still denying me. Nd they had no reason too. I am a momma to 3 nd now pregnant with my 4th on my little income. There was no way they could deny me. I ended up paying 600 for my ultrasound cause of it. Money ididnt really have to be spending. I was furious. However when they finally fixed my insurance they reimbursed me my money. But I had to go thru hell to get that back. Nd come to find out the insurance was listed as active Til October 2013 but tenncare had thrown it out. It's such a hassle here in tn to get the proper care you need whether it be insurance or food stamps. Etc. I feel you girl. But don't let then bully you. Put your foot down d make sure they stay on top of your case. I had to be ugly to them to get anything done.

Thats the problem if they would pick up the dang phone and i could talk to them. Lol. These people over here are rude and dont care abt anyone they think everyone is jus moochin. But the people who really need it cant get it  wow i totally just went into a hormonal rant. Lol sorry

It's not a way you can get a hearing for it because in Ohio they let you get a hearing of you feel they've made a mistake with their decision
