It took me 3 yrs for my first 2 1/2 yrs for my second honestly the only thing that worked for us is when we just quit trying. I tried tracking ovulation and all that it did nothing.

Have u ever been on birth control? Sometimes if you are on a birth control for a really long time that can prolong the process of conceiving. Why not stop trying so hard and just have fun. Don't beat yourself up for not getting pregnant right away.  The more you obsess over getting pregnant,  the harder it is to read a negative test result. Good luck.
