pregnancy pillow?

Just wondering when I should a pregnancy pillow.
Im 14 wks and im already having a lot of trouble sleeping due to pain. I also have a chronic illness which causes chronic pain, which doesn't help.
Just wondering how far long you were before you bought a pregnancy pillow

Get a body pillow asap! I've had one since 18 weeks. I am now 30 weeks and I wouldn't have been able to sleep the last 3 months without mine!

I'm 15 weeks and I use a body pillow. If I don't use it and lay on the side my baby is on I get cramps.
I started using it around 9 weeks

I got a body pillow early on (around where you are now) because I'm pretty petite and got uncomfortable really fast. I prefer having a body pillow on one side and a regular pillow on the side closest to the edge on the bathroom side. It makes it a lot easier when you have to get up once an hour to pee.

My husband bought me one when we found out I was pregnant, but I haven't even used it yet. I'm 35 weeks and sleep with just one pillow, but I would say get one whenever you are uncomfortable sleeping. If it helps you sleep, it's worth it.
