quick question

hi ladies im 12 weeks 2days i woke up this morning and my symptoms have completly gone ino they are suppose to in the second trimester but so suddenly??

Yep I'm 12 weeks too I felt great last week now I'm feeling sick and having real bad headaches but hey it maybe better tomorrow :)

Mine come and go as well and I am a worrier also lol.  I go to the dr today and am giving myself anxiety hoping and praying we hear a hb bc I have been there before where you dont and that just ***** :(

thanks :) i do worry to much ftm :) ..i kind of wrote that now i can feel abit of nausea.. pregnancy is an amazing but strange thing isnt it

Yeah mine did. I'm now almost 17weeks and they come and go all the time

This happened to me around 6w (much more alarming at that stage) and I'm just fine, 24w5d, symptoms really do come and go! I wouldn't stress about it, especially going into the 2nd trimester, the placenta takes over so symptoms start to leave, they may be back tomorrow, or later today, or they might not return at all!
