back ache and pains down below
Hi im 9 weeks pregnant it's my first baby. Is it normal for me to have really bad back ache and pains down below at only 9 weeks im a little bit worried should I be worried xx

This happened to me in my first pregnancy, get on to your midwife on Monday as you'll probably have something called spd & will get help through physio, what I will say is nothing will take the pain away and I ended up on crutches at the end of my pregnancy. Good news it doesn't affect baby and will go away pretty much as soon as you have given birth. (Also likely to have it with future pregnancies.)

Ok thanks I will see how I am over the weekend. I work on my feet most of the day dont know if that's what it is thanks for the help xx
