Is milk okay to drink and cream cheese okay to eat

Milk is good for the body me nd my son drink it everyday but im not sure about the cream cheese but i do eat cream cheese once a month because i love cream cheese but dont want to ovee do it but its a good question

Usually you're reccomended to drink at least 3 glasses of milk a day, so I don't see why it wouldn't be. Not sure on the cream cheese, I've never heard of anyone having a problem eating it unless there are alergies.
