stressing out

My brother gf called me at 2 this morning crying telling me my bro is back to his old ways doing drugs n letting ppl use him. Than he get on the telling me he love me n he feeling like he is dying n he was giving up on life ( he got stabbed a few yrs ago) we are very close out of the my other siblings. Idk what to do if anything happens to my bro idk what i will do he is my world. He wont listen to me n go see a doctor. He said he doesnt want to becuz he dont want to get bad news. I can't stop crying i cant loose my bro i already lost my mom from kidney failure 12 yrs ago becuz she gave up n let alcohol take over her life. I really dont know what to do

I tried but he doesn't listen to anyone. I hate to call Adult protective service on him but i may have to.

Hi hun, I'm a recovering addict and live with solitary kidney and have 2nd stage chronic kidney disease. Please stay strong, and be firm but too much. Tell him what you feel and if necessary plead with him. He absolutely needs to see the doctor. Nobody likes bad news, but he won't know if he doesn't get seen.

Awe, hunn that's terrible! Try telling him that you need him in your life and in order to have him he needs to see a doctor cause in most cases even bad news is treatable. I hope everything gets better for you !! <3
