stripping membranes.

Hi everybody. I literally just had my membranes sweeped. And I was curious as to how many ppl had this done And how fast did labor start or even if it did start?

I had contractions all over the place for hours so they checked my cervix which I'm guess would not be as intrusive as a sweep but would still separate things abit & an hour later I was in labour. I never had to have a sweep last time though sorry so unsure. Good luck!

I had mine done at 38+4

Yikes.. I was hoping for better results lol .. Well I'm 70% effaced and 3cm I pray this ends.. And I hope u guys have a fast and easy labor. =)

I am also ftm who had membranes stripped a week ago and still no baby!  Finally getting induced Wednesday cuz I'm more than a week overdue

I had it done with my first and labor didn't start till after the secind or third sweeping...so about 2-3 weeks after the first time.
