struggling to breath help pleass

Hi ladys i been feeling like a throb in my chest nd that throb makes it hard for me to breath it happens when i get up fast nd sit back down has anyone experience this? Is it normal?

I have a short torso, so my baby was just always pressing on my diaphragm. Luckily he's dropped now, so while I have to pee all the time, at least I can breathe! :)

Thanks :) i hate it i noticed it only happends when i sleep on my back all night ima definitely make a dr appointment to make sure its nothing bad i got checked 2 weeks ago the dr said i was perfectly healthy but its better to be safe then sorry

Yeah, I got this for a while. It helps to change position (for me, it was laying on my left side with a couple pillows between my legs). Try to also stay calm when it happens. Freaking out makes it way worse.
