Hey im 23 weeks now, but when i was 13 weeks along, i started bleeding in the morning so i went to the hospital. they checked my HCG levels and they were "in a good range" but i continued bleeding. we had an ultrasound done and they checked the baby's heart rate and it was normal. so they told me to go home. i stopped bleeding by around 11 that night. my doctor told me that my body probably thought that i was supposed to have my period but then realized i was pregnant. my best advice is to have ur doctor check the heart rate if it is detectable at this stage. idk if this will help you but i wish u the best of luck!!!!
