Any mother here doing swimming while pregnant?
Its perfectly fine to swim with chlorine. Ive done it all 3 of my pregnancies and my children are very healthy. Id be more skeptical of a lake or creek.
I go swiming in lakes and creeks but i was told it's not good to swim inn chlorine.......
I do!! Its VERY BENEFICIAL for us! I dont like walking because jts just boring lol but I love swimming. It really helps strengthen your legs and its great eerelaxing excercise.
