Fenugreek
Have any of you used Fenugreek for breastfeeding? If so, how did it work for you?
I tried it but it didn't help at all, I heard it works for some but not all. And there's other things you can take with it that could help as well.

I did with 2 of my babies. The first one I don't see where it really helped. With the second I'm not sure becuase I also took Reglan. I took it the 2nd time becuase I figured it wouldn't hurt anything. So I raelly can't say one way or the other if it helped or not.
I have been using for about 6 months. My little man is 7 months and I have been pumping only since day one. I started using around the time when he was 1 month to boost my supply and it worked big time! I take it 3xs time a day!
