It will not "fry your baby" but no it definitely is NOT good for you or baby.it can pose a big risk so I believe I'd just sit in the sun for a few mins each day..sunlight is good for you just make sure you keep hydrated and use a little sunblock,I've heard you burn easier while pregnant.stay away from the tanning bed.it can wait.
Its really the over heating they worry about. The uv rays dont go past the first two layers of skin. Some people say its okay long as its one with plenty of fans...ive just opted out n gone with spray tanning
Yeah, Allocate is right. I mean, think about it logically for a second. As human beings, we are designed to absorb UV rays from the Sun, which is millions upon million miles away. Why would anything natural like that be bad for you and the baby? On the flip side, tanning beds give you super charges of artificial UV rays from only a few inches away. That's what will fry your baby. Plus, tanning beds are just bad for everyone.
No there is not. The tanning bed is way worse than laying out in the sun
