Help!

I went today at the hospital and was seen because I'm 9 weeks pregnant and seen a light pink Blood on tissue when I wiped.I came home and a few hours later went to the bathroom again and it was a lime green discharge on the tissue.Should I be concerned?

I didn't know I pregnant untill 3 months and a week because I had what I thought was a period like it wasn't a small period it'd be a norm regular 5 days  and then a week and a half later I thought I had an early period. I spotted for days in between and after I was like what's wrong with my body. Then I took a test and bam prego. But also I thought it was a misscarge.  Then went to the doctors and my baby was fine and had a cute a heartbeat. So what I'm saying is sometimes bleeding can be a bad sign of misscarge. But actually first trimester is normal and ok for bleeding. Your uterus is still changing. So if you're ever worried it's better just to call your doctor than to go there. Cause if you're not having lots of bleeding and cramping then your baby should be safe.
