I had the same problem all day, i ended up at labor and delivery because i started to have contractions, im 27 weeks today. The doctors said it is common to feel cramps and pressure especially with the heat the way it is.. plus we have no power because of storms at my house so it was really hot today! After a bunch of tests they found that i was dehydrated so make sure you push fluids they told me that if you can see your urine in the toilet that is bad it needs to be. colorless or very faint. also if you start feeling contractions go get checked i had bloody discharge so they checked my cervix and monitored me for a few hours. just be careful :)
